General shipping terms & conditions

 

We love new orders! All new orders are processed and sent within 2-3 business days, so you and your furry friend can get stuck into those yummy treats and try your new enrichment. Please allow extra time during holiday periods or a big sale periods. (3-5 days processing time). 

Shipping

We use Australia Post for our deliveries from Sydney NSW. Standard delivery usually takes 3-5 days. Rural areas and parcels to WA and NT may take up to 7 working days with standard post. Express Post currently takes 2-3 days. We offer a low delivery fee of $8.95 on orders over $119 or a flat rate delivery fee of $13.95 for all other orders. Express shipping is available at $19. Reduced shipping rate may not be available during sales.

Please check your address is correct when submitting your order. A new shipping fee is to be paid by the customer for any faulty address/parcels returned to us.

We only ship within Australia and are unable to currently ship overseas.

Local Pickup

We are trialing local pickup again. Please note the pickup location is in Waverley 2022. We can maximum hold any orders for 1 week. Local pickup is not available during sales or holiday periods.

Returns & Refunds

As a small business we cannot offer a refund for change of minds. If an item is faulty we will offer a replacement or a refund, if notified within 14 days of receiving the product. If your parcel is missing, you need to notify us within 7 days of estimated delivery for us to find a solution and make a claim with Australia Post. Any parcels returned to us due to incorrect address requires a new shipping fee of $13.95 to be paid by the customer if you wish us to attempt redelivery.
